80 Day Get Healthy Challenge - Day 2
Describe your dream/goal body. My dream body is a tall body, that is skinny but toned. I would love to see some muscle :) A little bit curvy with still some boobs and ass would be nice, but that’s impossible for me with my flat butt and boobs. I will start training my butt with weights though, so I can grow a little bit of a butt haha.

Falafel
Had falafel for the first time in my life and it tasted so good. I combined it with a pita bread, lettuce and some yoghurt (and later on some curry). As if I was eating fastfood but better and healthier. It was about 400 calories and a good lunch. Happy! I think I’ll eat it again tomorrow. Too bad falafel is so expensive here.

Had a little bit of chips this evening, but I am not regretting it at all. It was normally proportioned, but I didn’t count. It was around 100/200 calories maybe. Went home and got asked to go with people to the pub, so I went with them. But I had to get money first at the bank, and then my debit card (or whatever you call it in english) was not there. So I couldn’t go.

I am so proud of myself. I made myself do the 30 day shred. And although its only 25 minutes, it is some form of exercise, and I really want to complete it this time. Did some fetal thigh lifts as well, but those were not that spectacular. And instead of taking something unhealthy, I ate two mandarins.
