Had way too much alcohol last night, so I’m not feeling very well today. However I had way to many calories with drinks, my calories with food were good. I did all the exercises I had in mind for yesterday (start to run, zumba cardio party, 8 minute abs, part of 8 minute legs). For today I don’t think I am going to do anything since I’m not feeling well and in muscle pain. But...

Training schedule this week. This week I want to get back on track! Getting back in the mood of healthy food and such! I want to look good at 31 january (be back at about 65 kilo’s, now at 70 kilo’s).
Saturday:
-run start to run 5 -zumba party -abs -legs
Sunday:
-start to run 6 -zumba party

Monday: swimming 08.00-09.00
