PROUD

I am so proud of myself. I made myself do the 30 day shred. And although its only 25 minutes, it is some form of exercise, and I really want to complete it this time. Did some fetal thigh lifts as well, but those were not that spectacular. And instead of taking something unhealthy, I ate two mandarins. Satisfied with the healthy choices I am making, and I am not letting myself get any more worse when I did make an unhealthy choice.
