-30 day shred level 1.
-Zumba Sculpt and Tone.
-8 minute abs workout.
-Some fetal thigh leg lifts.

Was planning on working out on the swiss ball today as well, but it’s already 17:52 and we’re having dinner in any minute. Tonight my boyfriend will be over and after that I am going to a friend.
